Company History: Since the foundation of the company at Caorso (PC), way back in 1973, Diamond Service has been manufacturing diamond tools for the stone, construction, and ceramic industries, thanks to an entrepreneurial idea by the present directors.
Initially, in a shed in the countryside of Caorso, the company soon moved to its present more productive site. Since then the factory has been added to more than once to accommodate the rapid growth the company has, and is, experiencing.
Over the years, Diamond Service, with its passion for the development of its products, which has distinguished it from the start, has progressively increased its portfolio to where it now covers the whole range. Also developing a series of strongly innovative products, still covered by patent.
At the same time the company gave birth to extraordinary international expansion, opening over the years a series of joint ventures with local operators to better service certain markets.
Today the company is present on all five continents, both through a network of agents and distributors, and through direct sales; in whatever field, it is recognized for its reliability and its capacity to fulfil all client requirements.

Mission
The success of Diamond Service is historically based on the decision to make its objective the satisfaction of clients.
This, since the birth of the company, has been followed obeying two fundamental rules:

Diamond Service, thanks to over 30 years of experience globally, assisted by continued collaboration with its clients, can today guarantee a complete range of diamond tools to fulfil every requirement of cut and finish in a series of sectors, the most relevant being that of the stone, the construction and the ceramic.
Currently the entire range of products is produced at the historical plant at Caorso(PC), thanks to the most advanced technology, largely internally, by highly qualified personnel.
Beyond being a simple supplier of tools the company assists its clients, by means of a sales network, and by offering direct assistance to the clients employees through:

An accurate presales study aimed at assisting the client to optimise its selection of tools with consideration as to the material to be cut, the machines at their disposal, and their cut requirements;

Assistance with the installation of tools;

Post-sales assistance, either telephonically or direct, with the resolving of problems encountered during the working life of the tools.
Over and above the vast range of tools on catalogue, some of which are unique in the world, Diamond Service has always been at the clients disposal with its research and development team to resolve specific problems by the same means it uses to develop its tools.
