The Limited Liability Company "Real-Dzerzhinsk" was established in July 1995. The main activity is reprocessing of diamond-bearing materials on the basis of internal technological researches and process equipment developments.
At present the production facilities of the company can reprocess up to 5 million carats of diamond materials per month producing industrial diamond powders, micron and submicron powders for making a wide range of diamond tools, diamond pastes and diamond suspensions.
The new line of business is reprocessing of the diamond material synthesized by the energy of explosion. During the two years of developing this line we have created unique processes and set a commercial production of the products used in high-technology industries. These are nanodiamond products and polycrystalline diamond materials.
In 2004 Real-Dzerzhinsk founded the Limited Liability Company "Real Trading House" specialized in sales of diamond tools, mainly the tools for construction and stone processing (www.td-real.ru)
At present our products are used in the Russian market and are exported to many countries worldwide.
The company staff amounts to about 40 persons. The company structure: the R&D department, the manufacturing engineering department, the development department, the production sector, the finance and legal service, the sales department.
