Established in 1978, Shinhan Diamond Co., Ltd. has been producing high-quality diamond tools for construction and industrial services for 28 years. The members and staff "Dream with Harmony and Creativity", the company motto, to keep up this tradition of excellence. Now, we prepare to "Leap into the 21C with the Best "and enter a new vision.
We are putting all our efforts into improving and increasing our country's competitive power by placing Shinhan among the world's best companies. In order to meet this goal, we have focused on simultaneously developing several different areas of the company.
The foremost management goal of Shinhan has always been to create a pleasant working environment in which there is harmony between labor, management, and employee welfare. We established the ERP system (enterprise resource planning), which is carefully controlled by "transparent management". We induce open management and the sharing of information among all of our members and staff. We also operate a business divisions and performance bonus system in order to fairly distribute benefits and profits to our workers. The purpose of such "self-management" is to induce our members and staff to have both direct and indirect interest in the company's welfare. 
We also believe that securing technical power is the only way to survive in today's fiercely competitive market. We reinvest 5% of our total sales into R&D in order to develop new technology and products.
We put our best efforts into customer satisfaction through "digital management", "global management", and "self-management". We have continued to pursue innovative management practices,such as information infra and knowledge information systems.
